The procurement concerns a framework agreement for Technical System Support and Maintenance for Ground-Based Systems (TSS). The services include operational support, technical adaptation, modification and material investigation. In addition to activities during the maintenance phase, support to FMV during procurement and decommissioning as well as material development is also included. The framework agreement shall ensure that the knowledge and competence areas required for both new procurement and for maintenance and decommissioning of materiel are available over the long term for FMV activities. FMV may also procure smaller volumes of materiel that are directly related to the services. The services are divided into eleven tender areas: Stridsfordon 90, Stridsvagn, Pansarterrängbil, Bandvagn, Hjulfordon & snöskoter, Luftvärn, Indirekt eld, Soldatsystem, CBRN, Sjukvårdssystem and Fältförplägnad. FMV intends to conclude one framework agreement per tender area.
