Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Neugestaltung des Schrangen – Nichtoffener einphasiger freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb mit hochbaulichem Anteil nach RPW 2013

Single-phase non-open design competition with architectural elements, in accordance with the "Guideline for Planning Competitions 2013" (RPW 2013) and VgV 2016, with a preceding selection procedure (participation competition) and subsequent negotiation procedure (VgV) for the redesign of Schrangen in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. The competition is open to consortia of landscape architecture and architecture offices, with only evidence of the service profile for site planning according to § 38 ff. HOAI to be provided during the selection procedure. However, the specialist planners for the service area of building planning according to § 33 ff. HOAI must be named in the application. A maximum of 20 teams of landscape architects/architects with architects/architects is aimed for. The competition is based on RPW 2013 and VgV 2016. The application and recognition of RPW 2013 is binding for the issuing institution, participants and all other parties involved, unless this invitation to tender explicitly deviates from it. The issuing institution, participants and all parties involved in the procedure acknowledge the content of this invitation to tender. The Committee for Competition and Procurement of the Chamber of Architects and Engineers of Schleswig-Holstein has been consulted in the preparation of this competition. The invitation to tender was registered there under the number 1171-26. Following the competition, a VgV negotiation procedure without a participation competition will be conducted with all prize winners.
