Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_PS_Stadtwerke Waldkirchen_Sanierung des Karoli-Badeparks Waldkirchen

The municipal utility company Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, a municipal enterprise of the city of Waldkirchen, intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the Karoli Badepark at the location VdK-Heim-Straße 3 in 94065 Waldkirchen. Funding from two different funding sources (EFRE and RÖFE) is sought. The focus of the overall measure is on the technical and energetic renewal of the indoor pool. Services of the scope of services of project management according to HAV-KOM contract in performance levels 1 to 5 will be commissioned. The scope of services is detailed by the Additional Contractual Terms for the Project Management Contract (ZVB-PS, 2023 version) underlying the contract. As a special service, participation in the application and settlement of grants, as well as support in the conduct of the tendering procedures, will be commissioned, to the extent that these go beyond the services deposited in the ZVB-PS. Furthermore, participation in the energetic proofs as well as preparatory work for the energy optimisation report according to the requirements of the EFRE funding and the preparatory work for the creation of the necessary documents and calculations for subsidy law assessments. The commissioning is carried out in stages. In the event of an order, initially the performance level 1 - project preparation - will be commissioned. The contracting authority will decide on the commissioning of the further performance levels according to the project progress.
