The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of Framework Agreements containing conditions for the provision of development capacities in the field of IT system development and the implementation of new SW applications according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the provision of service and maintenance of SW applications in the form of ensuring operability, bug fixes, ensuring updates, adaptive maintenance and necessary development/upgrade, further provision of consultations and advisory activities in the field of IT, and that in the form of applying expert knowledge and experience to solve specific needs of the Contracting Authority in the areas of IT systems, according to the requested roles (activities that will be realized on the basis of Specific Contracts concluded in accordance with the Framework Agreements).
