The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts, light bulbs, and tyres for vehicles in 2026, in accordance with the contract description, requirements, and on the conditions and in the quantities specified in the contract documentation by the Contracting Authority. Description and quantity of the contract items: Number of tasks: 3 Task 1 – Supply of spare parts for vehicles Task 2 – Supply of light bulbs Task 3 – Supply of tyres Scope of the contract: Task 1: Supply of spare parts for vehicles: 240 item positions, including: set of front brake pads for OPEL INSIGNIA – 3 pcs.; set of rear brake pads for OPEL INSIGNIA – 2 pcs.; external joint cover for MAN SYN1E TGE – 4 pcs.; stabilizer bar link for OPEL VIVARO 2.0 CTDI – 12 pcs. (..) Task 2: Supply of light bulbs: 30 item positions, including: H4 12V 60/55W bulb – 150 pcs.; H7 12V 55W bulb – 100 pcs.; white BA15s 12V 21W bulb – 100 pcs.; white BAY15D 12V 21/5W bulb – 100 pcs. (..) Task 3: Supply of tyres: 8 item positions, including: all-season tyre 255/100R16 for IVECO SANIT – 10 pcs.; all-season tyre 255/70R16 for FORD RANGER – 15 pcs.; summer tyre 215/70RC for Fiat Ducato – 5 pcs. (..). Place of delivery: warehouse of the Armoured Vehicle Service, ul. Bema 3, 86-300 Grudziądz General requirements for the offered contract items: 1) The contractor must deliver the contract items new, unused, non-regenerated, in the first category. The contract items must meet the quality requirements specified in the technical documentation of the manufacturer of the given product. The contract items must be made in accordance with the technical documentation and technical requirements developed by the manufacturer of the given type of vehicle. 2) The delivered products must be packed in a way that ensures the preservation of their quality properties and technical-exploitation parameters during transport and storage in warehouse conditions. The packaging must be described in a way that enables unambiguous identification of the delivered product. 3) The offered contract items must be in accordance with the requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority. 4. The contractor is obliged to provide a 24-month warranty for the contract items specified in task 1, 2 and 3, counted from the date of the protocol of acceptance of the contract items.
