Belgium – Miscellaneous food products – leveren van voeding: diverse voeding & diepvries

The contract concerns at least weekly delivery and, if possible, two or more times per week per location, of various food and frozen food with possible quick deliveries in case of stock shortages and this at all locations of MKL. This contract concerns the delivery of the following product groups to the facilities of MKL vzw: cheese, dairy, general food, frozen, vending machine sweets. The tendering party must be able to supply all of the above product groups. Some product groups will only be taken up to a limited extent. MKL vzw has indeed concluded specific framework agreements for these product groups. This framework agreement will serve as a backup solution for these products. The duration of this framework agreement is set for a period of four years and can be extended twice by one year. The contract starts on 1 January 2027. MKL vzw spends approximately €700,000 excluding VAT on these products annually. The aim of this contract is to find a partner, for the aforementioned product categories, with whom we can order at a good price/quality ratio (without guaranteeing exclusivity), with continuous support in the field of choices to optimize the products to be used. Delivery locations: The products must be able to be delivered daily (5 out of 7) to approximately 4 locations in the province of Antwerp.
