Luxembourg – Building installation work – CHL NBC VE 4750 Deckenlifter

The Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg intends to procure several ceiling tracks or ceiling lifters (with electromotorised height adjustment incl. substructures) as part of the new construction, according to the procurement procedure „Book II Open Procedure (Loi, Art. 63 and 65)". The tender includes the delivery and installation of:

- 24 ceiling tracks with a cross-patient area movable rail with infusion holder

- 2 patient lifter systems, U/B-room / transfer lock as 1-bed heavy-duty room

- 53 patient lifters for 1-bed standard room (general care)

- 2 patient lifter systems leading over WC, 1-bed heavy-duty room (general care)

- 45 patient lifter systems with infusion ceiling track, 1-bed standard room (intensive care)

- 2 patient lifter systems with infusion ceiling track incl. infusion pole, 1-bed heavy-duty room (intensive care)

- 1 patient lifter system with infusion ceiling track incl. infusion pole, 2-bed heavy-duty room (intensive care)

- 2 patient lifter systems leading over CT / parking position (CT/CT emergency)

- 20 mobile patient lifters

The delivery and installation of the components should be carried out separately according to the following priority scheme: installation of substructures, installation of ceiling lifters, delivery of accessories immediately before commissioning (theft prevention). The setting of stops in the rotating area is to be carried out with the users/ representatives. 1 main and 1 rectification date are included in the offer price, whereby the partial services are to be scheduled according to the schedule and coordinated with the local construction management/technical management. The statutory limitation period for warranty claims begins with the acceptance of the service. The day of acceptance (complete installation incl. rectification of defects) is the start of the warranty. The following services are to be offered and calculated in addition to the device-related services:

- The contractor (AN) is to cooperate in the collision check by the coordinating architect (4Bund). The installation plans are to be adapted if necessary.

- For organisational meetings - also in parts and sections - the AN is to provide a technically and operationally familiar, expert employee with all parts of the system.

- Further services according to the additional technical preliminary remarks of the medical technology suitability criteria according to general and special contractual conditions, point 1.10 / point 2.10

The following dates are decisive for the delivery and installation of the devices:

Possible start of installation: 04.10.2027

Latest completion of installations: 29.03.2029 (interior construction + technology according to Generalablaufplan_V5)

Taking into account the start date, an installation schedule is to be submitted and, if necessary, adapted to the specifications of the architect (4Bund). The times required for each device type for delivery and installation are to be recorded.
