The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for IT services in the system environment of the contracting authority. Berufskolleg Opladen uses an IT infrastructure for its business operations and separates it into an administrative network and an educational network. The contractor is obliged to ensure the regular maintenance and care of the networks as well as the hardware and software to guarantee orderly business operations. The activities are differentiated as follows: a) service and support activities in the area of infrastructure, servers and networks b) service and support activities in the area of stationary and mobile end devices, presentation technology, printers etc. c) IT security management d) consulting services. These services are to be provided on an as-needed basis within or outside the business hours of the BKO (see EVB-IT contract). Activities can be carried out remotely, but may also be required on-site.
