The subject of the contract is the provision of "Site Management Services (Supervision) for the investment object "Construction of a new headquarters for the County Emergency Hospital Piatra Neamț, Neamț County, with innovative functions and technologies for climate protection and digitalisation", within the project "Construction of a new headquarters for the County Emergency Hospital Piatra Neamț, Neamț County, with innovative functions and technologies for climate protection and digitalisation" funded by the National Programme for Investments in Hospital Infrastructure - Call: PNIIUS/655/PNIIUS_P1/NA/PNIIUS_OS1/PNIIUS_A1, Call Type C, in accordance with the Financing Contract no. 53269/29.04.2026, in accordance with the terms of reference. NOTE: a) The deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation as mentioned in section I.3 - 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160 (1) and (2) of Law no. 98/2016. b) To the extent that clarification requests have been submitted within the specified deadline in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 (1) of Law no. 98/2016. For clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
