Finland – Staff training services – Henkilöstön osaamisen kehittämisen palvelut 2027-2029 (2030)

The subject of the procurement is services for developing the skills of managers and teams within the personnel of the City of Jyväskylä. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as this would not be appropriate due to the nature of the service and would not provide clarity. Instead, a fairly large pool is created to ensure comprehensive expertise is secured. The procurement of services can be implemented by either the personnel administration or the managers of the work units in situations where a need for development has been identified. The upcoming procurement concerns all sectors and enterprises of the City of Jyväskylä. A pool of 15 companies/operators will be formed through the tender, or more if at least 25 trainers are not included. If there are fewer than 15 suitable offers, all suitable offers will be selected. To ensure that even small operators can participate in the procurement, parallel offers are not accepted, and one company/operator can offer 1-3 experts to the pool.
