The subject of the public contract is the continuous repeated deliveries of medical consumables to the consignment warehouse established by the contracting authority in the premises of the urological endoscopy room, 1st floor, pavilion V/B, warehouse - room no. 208. The performance will take place on the basis of current needs and its individual orders for a period of two years, and that in accordance with the minimum technical conditions set out in Annex No. 4 of the ZD, including transport to the place of performance.
