The subject of the Public Contract is the delivery, implementation, operational support and development of an electronic records management system to ensure document management and records management services under the conditions of the contracting authority. The required solution must be in accordance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll., on archives and records management and on the amendment of certain laws, the National Standard for Electronic Records Management Systems, related implementing legal regulations and requirements for the certification of electronic records management systems. The contract will also include the migration of data and documents from the existing electronic system AthenA, including the preservation of their integrity, relationships and metadata. The subject of the Public Contract will be carried out under the conditions and deadlines set out in the Binding Tender, which is Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation, and within the scope of the Technical Specification – Functional Requirements, which is Annex No. 1 of the Binding Tender.
