The present public procurement aims to significantly expand and modernise the material base of 107 OU "Khan Krum" in the "Lozenez" district by entrusting the future contractor with a comprehensive service that combines design and subsequent author supervision during construction. Place of performance: Sofia, "Lozenez" district, PI with identifier 68134.902.587, UPI I-za uchilishe, kv. 141, m. "Lozenez - III chast". Scope of the assigned activities: The core of the task is the development of a project for a new extension with a built-up area of approximately 3000 m², which will be realised on the site of the existing gymnasium, scheduled for demolition. The new building is envisioned as a multifunctional space that must provide nine new classrooms, a modern sports hall with spectator stands and a specialised dance hall, while ensuring physical and installation connectivity with the old school buildings. The procurement includes the performance of intellectual and creative activities in two main stages: 1. Preparation of a Comprehensive Investment Project in the phases "Conceptual Design" and "Working Project". The project development must ensure the acquisition of a Building Permit for a single object and must include: Design of a new extension with a built-up area (BUA) of around 3000 m², functionally connected to the existing educational buildings; Provision of 9 new classrooms, a multifunctional sports hall with spectator stands, a dance hall and rest areas; Development of project documentation for the demolition of the existing gymnasium; Design of the renovation of the courtyard area, including existing outdoor sports facilities, parking and fencing; Preparation of projects for all necessary sections (Architecture, Structures, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety, Geodesy, HSE and others), as well as quantity and cost estimates. 2. Exercise of author supervision during construction. The activity covers control over the accurate execution of the investment project, participation in the drafting of acts and protocols during construction and assistance until the building is put into operation. In the execution of the assignment under the present public procurement, the designated Contractor must carry out the activities of working design and subsequent author supervision during construction, following the phased (sequential) and technological execution, approved by the Contracting Authority in the Technical Specification. The project development, assigned as the subject of the present public procurement, must be prepared and include the following parts: Part Architecture, incl. interior (general areas, typical classroom, multifunctional hall and dance hall, sanitary units) and furniture, and accessible environment Part Structures, including Technical Control Engineering geology and hydrogeology Part Electrical Installations – Electrical Equipment and Electrical Installations (high-voltage and low-voltage) Signal and Security System (SOS) Video Surveillance Fire Alarm Part HVAC Energy Efficiency and Report Part Building and Site Works Part Fire Safety Part Geodesy – geodetic survey, vertical planning, tracing plan, site drainage; Part Landscaping and Improvement Part Technology (if required by the administrative authorities) Project for the organisation and implementation of construction Safety and Health Plan (SHP) Construction Waste Management Plan (CWMP) Changes in external relations, if required by the operating companies Part Cost Documentation, containing quantity and cost estimates for all parts
