The subject of the service is the performance of the main inspection in accordance with § 57 BOStrab and the CTS/M-104 retrofit on the rail vehicles of the Munich U-Bahn with vehicle numbers 8934 and 8935. These are vehicles from the company Robel, model number: 54.17. The main components for the CTS/M-104 retrofit will be provided by the SWM. For each vehicle, the contractor (AN) must commission and have performed a commissioning by the manufacturer of the CTS/M-104, Siemens Mobility, after completion of the retrofit. The work must be carried out at the contractor's premises; the SWM do not provide any tracks or workshops. The contractor is responsible for transport outside the depot and must coordinate and commission this independently. Transport by lorry is possible. The pick-up date must be communicated to the authority (AG) with a lead time of at least one week. Pick-up and delivery of the vehicles by rail is technically possible. The pick-up date must be announced two weeks in advance. The authority reserves the right to conduct a cause-related or production-accompanying or retrofit-accompanying quality control. The contractor must grant the authority access to the vehicles, the assembly documentation and the relevant test certificates upon request. After completion of the recommissioning by the contractor and the handover of the fully completed test protocols from the contractor to the authority, a formal acceptance of the delivered goods and services by the authority will take place. Other special conditions for the execution of the contract: The performance of the retrofit services by the contractor (AN) must be carried out taking into account the requirements and principles of the ECM-IV certification (Entity in Charge of Maintenance). All planning, execution, documentation and quality assurance measures must be carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications, processes and evidence requirements of the ECM-IV requirements. The contractor must ensure that the retrofit work carried out meets the requirements for safety, traceability, configuration management and the technical and operational integrity of the vehicle or the affected systems.
