France – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Projet Nougaro : Prestations d’assistance à la maitrise d’ouvrage pour le projet immobilier du futur site de GRDF à Toulouse

GRDF has launched the Nougaro project, the purpose of which is to acquire a new property site to accommodate the entire South West Regional Directorate of GRDF in Toulouse. As part of this project, GRDF wishes to be assisted by a project management assistance service with the following missions:

- Project management support (PMO support)

- Concept design engineering

- Supervision of works and commissioning

- Additional services related to the subject of the contract

The services will be performed at GRDF's premises in Toulouse. Candidates will be assessed on the following technical and financial capacity criteria:

Technical and professional capabilities (weighting 90%).

- Quality and relevance of 3 recent references in project management assistance for the leasing of sites under BEFA or equivalent (weighting – 40%)

- Technical means implemented by the company in relation to the contract, notably certifications (relevant to the subject of the contract and issued by an independent body such as AFNOR), engineering firms, internal training bodies (weighting 20%)

- Human resources related to the contract (internal staff by type of skill, supervision rate and internal staff (weighting 40%)

2- Economic and financial capabilities (weighting 10%).

- Ellipro rating (or equivalent) for the last financial year with the corresponding report
