Renovation of the listed Lortzingschule, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg. The subject of the procedure are services of structural design for phases 1-6 incl. special services. These are listed in the model contract. The contract is awarded in stages. In stage one, phases 1-3 are awarded. There is no entitlement to the award of the respective next stage. A negotiated procedure with participation competition is carried out in accordance with § 14 para. 3 and § 17 VgV in 2 stages for services of structural design according to HOAI, Part 4, Section 1, § 49 ff. The building complex of the Lortzingschule is currently largely in its original condition (1950s) and is listed. The condition of the buildings results in a comprehensive renovation requirement, which cannot be implemented within the scope of ordinary building maintenance. The aim of the renovation is to ensure the permanent preservation of the stock with sensible modernisations. The scope of these is to be worked out on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of legal requirements, technical feasibility, monument protection regulations, maximum energy efficiency and the project funds. The extent to which additional optimisations with regard to climate and species protection can be taken into account is also to be examined in the course of the planning.
