Denmark – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, for highways, roads, airfields and railways; flatwork – Benløse kloakering

Ringsted Wastewater will separate wastewater from rainwater in part of Benløse, more specifically in the area around Smålodsvej and Tofteåsvej. In this regard, a new pipeline system with associated rainwater basins (tank basins) will be established while the operation of the existing system can be maintained. The current tender includes approximately 3 km of rain and wastewater pipelines, as well as earthworks and restoration work related to the project. The main contract includes excavation work in soil, including contaminated soil, construction work including coordination with other utility owners, and pipe supply. This is a main contract. The entire project is expected to be completed over 6 possible stages with a time horizon of 8 months to ensure optimal traffic flow from the local area and minimisation of inconvenience to residents of Benløse. The client may terminate the task after each stage without further notice. The contractor must have good internal capacity and equipment so that any shifts in the schedule can be absorbed and the schedule for the tendered areas can be maintained, as another actor, Benløse District Heating, will have to lay district heating subsequently in the same area with its contractor. The pipelines will be laid mainly on public areas, but the contractor must familiarise themselves with local conditions and ensure registration of work on private areas.
