Services for the collection, transport and final disposal of waste resulting from medical activity In accordance with the Terms of Reference drawn up, the present procedure aims to procure services for the collection, transport and final disposal of waste resulting from medical activity and of medicines collected from the population as specified in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference, an integral part of the award documentation. The contractor will also be obliged to pay the fee for the approval of the transport of hazardous waste and to provide, free of charge, all the containers necessary for collection, temporary storage and transport. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
