The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical materials for the Neuropsychiatric Hospital named after Prof. Mieczysław Kaczyński, Independent Public Health Care Institution, divided into 16 parts: Part 1 – delivery of gloves, aprons and other medical materials, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ, Part 2 – delivery of materials for injections, intravenous infusions and other medical materials, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ, Part 3 – delivery of materials for resuscitation and other medical materials, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ, Part 4 – delivery of diapers, underwear and absorbent pads, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.4 to the SWZ, Part 5 – delivery of single-use filters for suction devices, connectors and single-use drains, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.5 to the SWZ, Part 6 – delivery of test tubes, slides and other medical materials for tests, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.6 to the SWZ, Part 7 – delivery of sphygmomanometers, thermometers, stethoscopes and sanitary containers, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.7 to the SWZ, Part 8 – delivery of mouthpieces compatible with DRAGER ALKOTEST, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.8 to the SWZ, Part 9 – delivery of single-use kits, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.9 to the SWZ, Part 10 – delivery of materials for ECG and USG, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.10 to the SWZ, Part 11 – delivery of needles, sutures and surgical blades, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.11 to the SWZ, Part 12 – delivery of paper-foil sleeves for steam sterilization, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.12 to the SWZ, Part 13 – delivery of medical sleeves, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.13 to the SWZ, Part 14 – delivery of various materials for tests and examinations, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.14 to the SWZ, Part 15 – delivery of materials for sterilization and tests, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.15 to the SWZ, Part 16 – delivery of syringe-tubes, needles and connectors for winged infusion sets, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1.16 to the SWZ.
