Netherlands – Energy and related services – Ondersteuning verduurzaming Verenigingen van Eigenaren

The contract concerns the provision of comprehensive support for the sustainability of homeowners' associations (VvE’s) in the municipalities of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Best, Oirschot and Geldrop-Mierlo. The support must, within 2 years, result in a decision on the general meeting of a selected VvE to implement at least one sustainability measure. This is preferably an insulation measure, but other measures are also negotiable. The number of VvE’s to be reached in this way is 77 in two years, this is described in more detail in the PVE. The activities focus on activating the VvE’s to take measures, guiding and advising in the process up to the decision-making and also being the point of contact with a periodic consultation hour. Follow-up investigations and actual implementation are not within the scope of the contract. This concerns advisory services for VvE's of 5 municipalities with the aim of a total of 77 sustainability measures in 2 years.
