France – Engineering services – Concours restreint de maîtrise d'œuvre pour l'extension de l'éclosoir d'entreprises EUREKA (ancien site ALTRAD) de Wormhout

At the request of local businesses and as part of its economic development remit, the Communauté de Communes des Hauts de Flandre (CCHF) wishes to extend the business incubator at the EUREKA site in Wormhout (59470) on the site of the former "site ALTRAD" building. The operation involves the construction of new offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces, while creating a physical link with the existing business incubator. The project is located in the Kruystraete industrial zone in Wormhout (59470). The consultation concerns a restricted design contest, launched in accordance with Article L. 2172-1 of the CCP and organised in accordance with Articles R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the CCP. The contest is therefore organised in two phases (candidacies then tenders). Finally, in application of Article R2122-6 of the Code de la commande publique, the contest will be followed by a negotiated procedure without prior publication or competition to award the public contract to the winner or one of the winners of the contest.
