The subject of the contract is the provision of a long-term bank loan in the amount of 14,178,000.00 PLN to cover previously incurred liabilities and to finance the planned deficit of the Municipality. The capital repayment period of the loan: December 2026 – December 2041. The interest repayment period will be from 2026-2041. The Bank will make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately upon signing the contract, but no later than 30.12.2026. The planned contract award date: October 2026. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of repaying the loan instalments in foreign currencies. All calculations between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
