France – Miscellaneous engineering services – Schéma Directeur d'Alimentation d'Eau Potable de la CAESE (31 communes) Elaboration et mise en oeuvre d'un Plan de Gestion et de Sécurité Sanitaire des Eaux (PGSSE)

- To have a complete, reliable and up-to-date knowledge of the CAESE's drinking water service, covering the resource, infrastructure, networks, water quality, operation and consumption, by capitalising on existing data and previous studies.

- To evaluate the quality of the resource and the sanitary safety of drinking water across all sectors, identify and prioritise risks, and propose appropriate measures for prevention, monitoring, treatment and organisation.

- To implement and structure the necessary digital tools (geographic information system, hydraulic and quality models, needs/resource balances) to analyse the operation of the systems, locate weak points and support asset management.

- To define an overall strategy for securing and optimising the service (interconnections, networks, leak control, equipment renewal, adaptation to future needs), in line with planning documents and the CAESE's water-saving strategy.

- To formalise, at the community perimeter level, a Drinking Water Supply Master Plan and a PGSSE, accompanied by a prioritised and costed action programme.

- To integrate an economic aspect to develop a budgetary and tariff strategy compatible with investment needs, renewal policy and service performance objectives.
