Spain – Security services – Contrato de servicios de vigilancia en locales y terrenos de propiedad municipal situados en Avenida Nueve de Octubre número 7 de Sagunto, edificios municipales, actos y eventos (SARA). Expte. 40/26-C.

The subject of the present contract for services is the provision of a Security and Surveillance Service in municipal-owned premises and grounds, as well as for acts and events for which the municipality is responsible (to be indicated according to the corresponding documentation). The contract is materialised in the works detailed below, each work constituting a functional unit capable of independent execution by each of the affected departments and subject to the listed items. - Security and surveillance of the municipal building located at Avenida Nueve de Octubre number 7 in Sagunto. Permanent and continuous service that covers from 19:00 to 07:00 hours every day of the year, except as established in the point on modifications to posts/ schedules of the present specifications. - Security and surveillance. Punctual services for buildings and events, with a maximum budget and services according to the needs of each of the affected departments, namely, Local Police, Sports, Youth, Markets, Festivals, Culture, Tourism and Education. The aforementioned works will be carried out in accordance with the powers set out in the Technical Specifications Document, which specifies the basic data defining and conditioning the subject of the contract, the general applicable rules and instructions, and the prescriptions and recommendations that, without having this character, are mandatory.
