France – Textbooks – Marché de fourniture de manuels scolaires, papier, fournitures pédagogiques et matériels éducatifs pour les écoles, les services municipaux et les accueils périscolaires et extrascolaires

- Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the present contract is awarded in separate lots as per the table below.

- Article R. 2151-8 of the Public Procurement Code, any variant is prohibited.

- Article R. 2162-4-1° of the Public Procurement Code, each lot is awarded with a maximum amount according to the following distribution:

The supplies are divided into 4 lots:

01 Supply of school textbooks for the City's schools.

02 Supply of paper (reprography, printing and administrative uses) for the needs of municipal services and educational establishments.

03 Supply of educational materials and supplies for the City's schools.

04 Supply of materials and supplies for the City's out-of-school and extracurricular care.

The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amounts are as follows:

03 270 000 euro(s)

04 90 000 euro(s)
