Romania – Street-lighting maintenance services – Delegarea gestiunii serviciului de iluminat public pentru activitățile de întreținere și reparații ale sistemului de iluminat public, precum și pentru activitățile de verificare, reparare, montare și demontare a iluminatului ornamental-festiv din municipiul Odorheiu Secuiesc

The contract's object is the delegation of the management of some components of the Public Lighting Service of the Municipality of Odorheiu Secuiesc, by assigning to a specialised operator the activities of operation, maintenance, verification, repair and intervention on the existing system, including the telemanagement and related communication systems, as well as the activities related to ornamental-festive lighting. The main categories of activities are: • maintenance and repair of the existing public lighting system; • verification and intervention on system components; • maintenance of road-vehicular, road-pedestrian and architectural lighting; • interventions in case of failures and defects, as well as current and scheduled repairs; • verification, repair, assembly and disassembly of ornamental-festive lighting elements and installations; • implementation of temporary electrical installations and provision of intervention personnel for events organised or supported by the Municipality; • management of telemanagement and related communication systems; • management and updating of the digital record of infrastructure and interventions; • collection, transport and delivery of WEEE/waste to authorised operators, with traceability ensured. Investments related to the extension of the system, the creation of new networks or the general modernisation of the public lighting system are not the object of the present contract. Only maintenance, repair and punctual replacement works of defective or worn components necessary to keep the existing infrastructure in a proper operating condition are allowed.
