The subject of the public procurement is the supply and maintenance of security systems in the premises of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) by separate lots, as follows: Lot No. 1: Supply of components for updating the access control system in BNB premises; Lot No. 2: Supply of components for updating the video surveillance system in BNB premises; Lot No. 3: Supply of metal detector frames and handheld metal detectors to ensure the security of BNB premises; Lot No. 4: Supply of components to ensure the operability of BNB's technical security systems; Lot No. 5: Out-of-warranty maintenance of security systems in BNB's rest bases; Lot No. 6: Out-of-warranty maintenance of the access control system in the "BNB Cash Centre" facility, Plovdiv; Lot No. 7: Out-of-warranty maintenance of the access control system in BNB buildings in Sofia; Lot No. 8: Out-of-warranty maintenance of the visitor registration system in BNB premises; Lot No. 9: Out-of-warranty maintenance of physical protection equipment in the "BNB Cash Centre" facility, Plovdiv; Lot No. 10: Repair of protective equipment and means in the "BNB Cash Centre" facility, Sofia. IMPORTANT! Lot No. 4, with an estimated value of up to 25 000 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - supply of components to ensure the operability of BNB's technical security systems, according to the specific needs of the contracting authority and up to the estimated value of the lot; Lot No. 5, with an estimated value of 3 544.00 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - out-of-warranty maintenance of 3 (three) security systems in 3 (three) BNB rest bases; Lot No. 6, with an estimated value of 355.00 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - one-time out-of-warranty maintenance of the access control system in the "BNB Cash Centre" facility, Plovdiv; Lot No. 7, with an estimated value of up to 968.80 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - periodic (once during the contract period) and additional (according to the specific needs of the contracting authority) activities for out-of-warranty maintenance of the access control system in BNB buildings in Sofia, up to the estimated value of the lot; Lot No. 8, with an estimated value of 1 080.00 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - activities for out-of-warranty maintenance of the visitor registration system in 3 BNB buildings, according to the specific needs of the contracting authority; Lot No. 9, with an estimated value of up to 5 142.72 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - periodic (twice during the contract period) and additional (according to the specific needs of the contracting authority) activities for out-of-warranty maintenance of 12 sets of physical protection equipment in the "BNB Cash Centre" facility, Plovdiv, up to the estimated value of the lot and Lot No. 10, with an estimated value of 18 083.36 euros excluding VAT, with a scope - repair of 2 sets of equipment in the "BNB Cash Centre" facility, Sofia, shall be awarded in accordance with their individual estimated value, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), by direct assignment pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the PPA. The activities under Lots (L) Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are of a total value of 54 173.88 euros excluding VAT and, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, shall be awarded in accordance with their individual estimated value (pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the PPA). The total value of the activities under the aforementioned lots does not exceed 79 998.77 euros excluding VAT and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20% (twenty per cent) of the total estimated value of the procurement. In this connection, tenders/offers in the present procedure may only be submitted in respect of Lot No. 1, Lot No. 2 and Lot No. 3. The activities included in the subject matter of Lot No. 1 are as follows: 1. Supply of components for updating the access control system in BNB premises, specified by type, quantity and technical characteristics in the Technical Specification of the contracting authority for the lot; 2. Warranty maintenance (warranty service) of the supplied components within the warranty period, in accordance with the conditions of the Technical Specification of the contracting authority and the draft contract for the lot. The activities included in the subject matter of Lot No. 2 are as follows: 1. Supply of components for updating the video surveillance system in BNB premises, specified by type, quantity and technical characteristics in the Technical Specification of the contracting authority for the lot; 2. Warranty maintenance (warranty service) of the supplied components within the warranty period, in accordance with the conditions of the Technical Specification of the contracting authority and the draft contract for the lot. The activities included in the subject matter of Lot No. 3 are as follows: 1. Supply of metal detector frames and handheld metal detectors to ensure the security of BNB premises (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"), specified by type, quantity and technical characteristics in the Technical Specification of the contracting authority for the lot; 2. One-time training of the contracting authority's staff to work with the supplied equipment; 3. Warranty maintenance (warranty service) of the supplied equipment within the warranty period, in accordance with the conditions of the Technical Specification of the contracting authority and the draft contract for the lot.
