The City of Dieburg intends to award contract for object planning services for the new construction of an operational yard on the property of the City of Dieburg, cadastral area 11, plots 153, 153/1 and 153/2 in 64807 Dieburg. The property, with a total size of 9,320 m², is located on the outskirts of Dieburg, adjacent to the federal road B45. Plot 153/1, a narrow strip that separates the other two plots, includes a culverted drainage ditch with a protective strip that must not be built over. Three buildings are planned for the new operational yard: 1 administrative building (approx. 490 m² gross floor area), 1 workshop including storage area (approx. 1,550 m² gross floor area) and 1 vehicle hall (approx. 870 m² gross floor area). All buildings are to be designed as single-storey. The vehicle hall and the workshop should be designed in such a way that an extension at a later date is possible. Currently, approx. 25 employees work in the operational yard, of which a maximum of 3 employees are responsible for administrative tasks. The new building is to be designed for a total of a maximum of 35 employees in the future. The aim is to create a functional operational yard that is as low-maintenance (LowTech) as possible during operation. It is planned to award the object planning services for phases 1-4, the tendering, as well as the examination of tenders and award proposal for a general contractor, as well as parts of phases 5, 8 and 9. The percentage remuneration of the individual phases can be found in the enclosed fee schedule and the accompanying appendix. A phased award is planned.
