Switzerland – Engineering services – MP-260021 N01-56 Ausbau Ladeinfrastruktur WH Thal PV BSA DP+ IBN BL

For the Werkhof Thal (N01/Section 56, Canton of St. Gallen), the electrification infrastructure will be expanded in a single implementation phase and as a closed overall concept so that all future vehicles (PW, vans 3.5 t, trucks, winter services) can be operated electrically. Triggered by the Federal Energy Strategy Directive (ASTRA 76006) and the Climate Package, the electrical supply, which is still functional but largely from the 1970s, is no longer sufficient in terms of capacity for the complete e-mobility expansion; further optimisation via load management is no longer possible. The site is suitable as a model solution, as it does not need to be completely rebuilt in the long term, offers spatial freedoms, is in an acceptable structural condition and can be well developed with a new transformer station. Core measures include the construction of a more powerful transformer station on the ASTRA parcel (ESTI procedure by engineering office, later ownership/operation ASTRA/GEVI), the development of the site with new low-voltage underground cables and building installations, normal and fast charging stations, a battery storage system for peak loads (winter services), PVA feed-in and grid stabilisation, an extension of the parking hall for transport vehicles in the longitudinal direction (roof height unchanged, simplified permit procedure) as well as the decoupling from the cantonal low-voltage grid (KaPo building, old TS 54 on cantonal parcel in the building right of the network operator). The new infrastructure will be integrated into the GEVI energy management system (GridVis) and the BSA control system. The contract includes the complete project management service in the BSA specialist field of the detail project+ (DP+). There is no previous project phase (except for the project compendium), so that, for example, basic services which would have to be created in the scheduled previous project phases, are to be created in the DP+. Furthermore, the project management phases «Tendering», «Documents for Execution», «Construction», «Commissioning, Completion» and «Construction Management» are part of this contract.
