HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering for the construction, installation, and maintenance works of the camera surveillance systems required in the hospitals and other operating sites of the HUS Group located in its operating area. Such operating sites are located mainly in the areas of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori, but there are also operations on other locations on a smaller scale. The aim of the tendering is to select three (3) contract contractors. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. For the contractors selected for the framework agreement, a mini-tender (project-specific contract) will always be arranged for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold value, on the basis of which the project-specific contractor is selected. The prices given in the mini-tender must not exceed the prices agreed in the contract. However, the contractor may offer lower prices. In procurements below the national threshold value (individual job orders) the purchaser may procure the required job package from the contractor deemed best and most suitable for the purpose at the time. The contractor's offered prices will then be used. The purchasing unit also has the right to mini-tender procurements below the threshold value. The quantity of services to be purchased during the contract period as well as the targets to which the services are procured may vary. The purchaser does not commit to specific procurement quantities. It is possible to procure other products, rental equipment and machines or special expertise related to the procurement target from the contract suppliers. The same principle as the prices given in the tender must be followed in their pricing. The HUS Group has hospital properties, including leased hospitals, totaling approximately 1,300,000 m2. Due to the large property mass, property tours are not arranged for the targets. The targets will be familiarized with the contractor during the order.
