France – Luncheon vouchers – FOURNITURE DE TITRES RESTAURANT DEMATERIALISES POUR LE PERSONNEL DE MAYENNE HABITAT

This framework agreement concerns the supply of dematerialised meal vouchers with a face value of 9,00€ for the staff of Mayenne Habitat. Mayenne Habitat wishes to benefit from the provisions relating to the dematerialisation of meal vouchers introduced by Decree No. 2014-294 of 6 March 2014 relating to the dematerialised meal voucher and the advantages resulting from such dematerialisation. This solution allows beneficiaries to pay, up to the maximum daily amount set by Article R. 3262-10 of the Labour Code, all or part of the price of a meal consumed or purchased from a network of affiliated service providers (restaurateurs, assimilated restaurateurs and fruit and vegetable retailers) who can accept meal voucher cards in France and are equipped with a payment terminal. The subject of the contract covers, in particular, the following services: - Manufacture and delivery of dematerialised meal voucher cards to the headquarters of Mayenne Habitat, - Online ordering of meal vouchers by Mayenne Habitat from a website of the extranet type, - Monthly loading of each collaborator's card with the ordered dematerialised meal vouchers, - Associated services.
