France – Installation of traffic lights – Marché d’équipements provisoires pour l’extension du réseau de tramway vers la place Quatre Septembre

This framework agreement concerns the execution of works related to temporary equipment as part of the project to extend the tramway network to Place du Quatre Septembre, in Marseille. It is a works framework agreement. It is a framework agreement as defined in Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual provisions; it will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued, in the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
