Czechia – Information technology services – Portálové řešení pro evidenci parkovacích oprávnění (PPMO)

The contracting authority seeks to digitally modernise its individual agendas. One of these agendas is the parking policy of the city of Olomouc (hereinafter also "PPMO"). The current spatial scope of the parking policy is only valid for two parking zones (A and B). In the planned extension to zones C and D (incl. their sub-areas) it is also necessary to adjust and strengthen the existing part of PPMO, which deals with the registration of parking permits. Therefore, the contracting authority has decided to ensure the provision of services of a new modern system for the registration of parking permits, whereby these services will optimize faster processing of citizens, ensure connection to state administration registers, connection to other PPMO systems for more efficient processing of transferred data and also achieve a modern graphical interface according to current trends. The provision of services of the system for the registration of parking permits must also meet all current legislative and security requirements. The subject of the performance of this public contract is: a) carrying out an analysis of requirements, processing and implementation of the target concept, establishment and commissioning of the Portal Solution for the registration of parking permits (hereinafter "Portal Solution PPMO"), data migration, testing, implementation of training, provision of licenses and provision of all other related performance necessary for the proper commissioning of the Portal Solution PPMO; b) provision of the Portal Solution PPMO as a service (in service mode), ensuring its maintenance and support, provision of IT infrastructure necessary for the operation of the Portal Solution PPMO; c) provision of development services, analytical and methodological services, implementation of change requests and provision of other related performance based on the requirements of the contracting authority. More detailed specifications of the subject of the performance are contained in the relevant parts of the tender documentation (hereinafter also "ZD"), in particular in Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 3 ZD. Types of parking permits are broadly described in Annex No. 12 ZD. Types of parking permits may change over time.
