France – Vocational training services – Marché national de prestations de formation et de prestations de sous-traitance de formation à la conduite d'engins mobiles en vue de l'obtention du CACES®

This consultation concerns the provision of training services and subcontracted training services for the operation of mobile equipment with a view to obtaining the Certificate of Competence in Safe Driving - CACES®. This consultation is launched by the Afpa for its own needs, and for the needs of the subsidiaries of its group in accordance with a convention of provision between the Afpa EPIC and its subsidiaries. The subsidiaries: Afpa Accès à l'Emploi and Afpa Entreprises may use the contractors holding the contract in order to conclude with them separate subcontracting contracts considered as subsequent to the relevant lot. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Administrative Provisions (CCAP), and the Special Technical Provisions (CCTP).
