Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2025-25 - Aflibercept (ATC: S01LA05; Wirkstärke: 40 mg/ml)

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Aflibercept (ATC: S01LA05; strength: 40 mg/ml). The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House-Biologika procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 12 months, starting on 01.12.2025. The contract ends at the latest on 30.11.2026, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
