The subject of the procurement is the external project management for the integration of the existing ITCS systems of ÜSTRA and regiobus. The project management will particularly handle the planning and control of the implementation, the coordination of the involved departments, service providers and manufacturers, as well as interface, risk, schedule, quality and change management.
