The subject of this procurement is, on the one hand, the renewal of the sludge treatment and, on the other hand, the construction of the new medium-voltage system. The renewal of the sludge treatment includes the following measures: reconstruction of digesters I+II incl. pump station, reconstruction of centrate water tank incl. pump station, reconstruction of heating system, CHP I+II with gas conditioning. Within the framework of the renewal of the sludge treatment plant of the Vechta wastewater treatment plant, it was initially intended to integrate the electrical supply and the feed of the new CHP units into the existing electrical distribution. However, a review showed that the electrical infrastructure must be fundamentally re-evaluated and planned. In addition, an adjustment of the transformer capacity is required. The existing transformer capacity is not sufficient for the forecasted load flows, so an increase in capacity and the installation of an additional transformer are mandatory for reasons of redundancy and supply technology. The total construction costs amount to 9,01 million euros gross according to cost estimate or first cost assumption.
