Conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts in accordance with §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicinal products with the above-mentioned active substance within the period from 01.05.2026 to 30.04.2028 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). Medicinal products are excluded from the open-house procedure according to the BfArM list in accordance with § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicinal products).
