TenneT TSO GmbH intends to award framework agreements for the supply of various materials: - Earthing and short-circuiting devices - Earthing rods - AC voltage testers (high and extra-high voltage) - Accessories/spare parts

Additionally, the scope of services includes services to a limited extent: - Repeat tests on AC voltage testers (high and extra-high voltage)

The above-mentioned supply services will be delivered to various locations (including substations) throughout the network area of TenneT Deutschland (onshore and offshore). The network area of TenneT Deutschland covers the federal states of Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen, Hessen, and Bayern. In total, two bidders will be awarded. Of this, 60% of the contract volume will be awarded to the A-supplier and 40% to the B-supplier. Details can be found in the tender documents provided in Mercell. Access to the tender documents is restricted. You will receive access to the tender documents after signing the enclosed confidentiality agreement/NDA.

Confidentiality Agreement / NDA

To protect the confidentiality of information from the contracting authority in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement must be concluded. To do this, use the document "NDA_EuK" provided for download and send the signed copy via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. Bidders are permitted to submit signed confidentiality agreements to the contracting authority at any time during the application process. The contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. From this, the bidder cannot yet infer that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit offers to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure after the application deadline has expired.

ATTENTION! This is a multi-stage procedure.

Only after the selection of applicants according to the specified suitability criteria will the invitation to tender be sent to the suitable participants! In the 1st stage, no tender documents are to be submitted! The application for participation must be received in good time, by no later than 13.11.2026 at 12:00 CET, via the e-procurement platform Mercell (application deadline). Individual deadline extensions will not be granted. Submission of the application for participation by post, email or fax is not permitted. A breach of this requirement may result in the exclusion of the application for participation.
