On the site of the existing Wahler-Grundschule, a nursery and an all-weather playground will be newly constructed. The services to be commissioned in structural engineering are phases 1-6 according to HOAI, in fire protection planning phases 1-5 and 8 according to AHO, as well as special services in both service profiles. The client reserves the right to commission the services step by step, initially for the services related to phases 1 to 2.
