Supply of leased vehicles and associated services. Scope of services: 1) Leasing offer of operationally ready, new vehicles eligible for registration in Germany, not yet registered, leasing period 12 months each. Selection: a) Electric small car b) Electric small SUV c) Electric upper mid-range, sedan + estate, d) Combustion engine (diesel) upper mid-range, sedan + estate. 2) Implementation of the settlement process in accordance with the MPG guidelines, including the following key points: a) After vehicle ordering: order confirmation and leasing application, b) timely collection request, c) appointment for vehicle handover/exchange, d) vehicle registration (mandatory in Munich), e) delivery of vehicle to local car dealer, f) handover on site, g) organisation of storage of the second set of wheels/wheel change, h) collection of leasing returns and organisation of acceptance by an expert office, i) settlement of any damage identified, j) acceptance protocol and final settlement.
