Procurement group set up between Terres de Montaigu, Communauté d'agglomération, its Centre intercommunal d'action sociale (CIAS) and the commune of Montaigu-Vendée. Each lot will be awarded as a "composite" public contract, concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated as a standard contract, and a part treated as a framework agreement with purchase orders. DURATION AND EXECUTION DEADLINES: The contract will be concluded for an initial period from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 inclusive. Each lot may be tacitly renewed 3 times, for a period of 1 year, at each annual expiry.
