This is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, which includes:

- a part for call-off orders on a schedule in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code

- a part for orders for contingencies in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code: This part will allow for purchases on quote of out-of-schedule services that may be necessary for technical reasons (technical and material developments, or repairs at the manufacturer's).
