Development of a new, integrated and simplified calculation methodology for determining the energy performance of residential and small non-residential building units. This new methodology will from 2030 onwards form the basis for one Flemish policy instrument that replaces and integrates the current residential EPB and EPC frameworks for new construction, renovation and existing construction.
