The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin school construction offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools on behalf of the state of Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to implement a school expansion new build. For the project implementation, project management services are required. These are the subject of this procurement procedure.
