France – Liability insurance services – SOUSCRIPTION D'UN CONTRAT D'ASSURANCE RESPONSABILITE CIVILE POUR PORT SUD DE FRANCE

The contract must cover the activities of Port Sud de France: 1. the management, operation, and maintenance of works, land, buildings, facilities, equipment, networks, and services necessary for the proper functioning of the commercial, fishing, and leisure activities of the port of Sète, including: - the reception of ships and port services, - the collection of port dues and domain fees, - the implementation of safety and security measures, - the functional organisation of port services. 2. all operations, of whatever nature, economic, legal, financial, industrial, commercial or real estate, in whatever form, provided that these activities or operations can be related, directly or indirectly, to the aforementioned object, or to the port and regional logistics strategy, or to all similar, related or complementary objects, including: marketing and commercial prospecting actions.
