Germany – Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services – Dynamisches Beschaffungssystem für Natur- und Artenschutz

As a contracting authority, the Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin. These include properties belonging to, among others, the General Estate (e.g. administrative buildings), refugee accommodation, cultural buildings, police and fire service facilities, as well as schools and judicial buildings. As part of this management activity, there is a regular need to procure a wide range of services in the field of nature and species conservation. Against this background, tenders for the corresponding services are to be conducted on an ongoing basis via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The aim is to build a qualified pool of bidders that will be available for future individual calls. Inclusion in the pool of bidders entitles participation in future tenders for nature and species conservation services as part of the DPS. The Dynamic Purchasing System covers the following categories: Category I: Compensation measures under nature conservation law Category II: Tree and forest assessment Category III: Assessment under species protection law Category IV: Category IV forms a combined service profile of Categories I to III. At least two of the three service profiles (Category I, II and/or III) must be covered. It is possible that, as part of individual contracts, services may also need to be provided on listed buildings. In addition, for certain contracts – particularly in the portfolio of police or judicial buildings – a security and/or reliability check of the personnel deployed may be required.
