The BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) intends to conclude framework agreements with several framework partners for the execution of civil engineering works for the district heating network in the entire city area of Berlin with a basic term of four years (2027 to 2030) and an optional bilateral extension of up to four additional years. Estimated volume for the basic term of all framework agreements together: 6,961,500 EUR. The provision of services takes place within the framework of individual calls during the contract period. The contract lot 20 advertised here includes the framework agreements for individual calls with a contract value of 0 to 20,000 EUR. In parallel to this invitation to tender, a separate invitation to tender will also be advertised for a lot 100, which includes individual calls with a contract value of 0 to 100,000 EUR. Companies can apply for one or both lots. The number of framework agreements will not be determined in advance, but will be based on the capacities offered by the bidders. The detailed specifications will be made available to the selected bidders during the offer phase. The quantities provided for in the framework agreement are estimated quantities and do not constitute a commitment to purchase.
