France – Dental and subspecialty instruments and devices – N° 024-A : Fourniture de consommables, implants, instrumentations et produits dentaires

The contract concerns the supply of consumables, implants, instrumentation and dental products for the Groupement Hospitalier Universitaire de Champagne, whose beneficiary establishments are the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims, the Centre Hospitalier Auban-Moët d’Epernay and the Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) of Rethel-Vouziers. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, as per the second paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the Code de la commande publique, which is executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique. The purchase order contract is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum. The estimated and maximum annual quantities are set out in the catalogue of needs annexed to the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (annex n° 2 to the CCTP). The maximum annual amount may not exceed 400% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities. The contract is divided into 228 lots detailed in the "Catalogue des besoins" (annex n° 2 to the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières), which is freely accessible on the website https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr.
