Poland – Electricity distribution and related services – Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Zamawiającego - Działu Oczyszczalnia Ścieków

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the needs of the Purchaser - Sewage Treatment Plant Department at ul. Produkcyjnej 102, 15-680 Białystok for: a) Connection no. 1 for PPE: no. 590543510101338002 – connection power 2 750 kW; b) Connection no. 2 for PPE: no. 590543510100961935 – connection power 2 750 kW; 2. The scope of the contract includes: a) Purchase of electricity for the needs of the Sewage Treatment Plant Department. b) The contract should be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law and the implementing acts to this act and Polish Standards. c) The estimated quantity of purchased electricity is 9 000 MWh. d) The Purchaser informs that the consumption forecast indicated above is only an approximate value. Actual energy consumption will depend solely on the actual needs of the Purchaser. e) The Purchaser informs that the minimum quantity of purchased electricity is 4 600 MWh during the contract period.
